The pandemic prevented the critics group that Iām a part of ā the NYFCC ā from hosting their annual awards gala. So we went virtual to extend honors to Bacurau, Da 5 Bloods, Time, Never Rarely Sometimes Always, and First Cow, among others. You can watch the show via the embed below, or on YouTube. Current chair Stephanie Zacharek hosts alongside several special guest presenters. Marshall Fine and Stephen Garrett helped put the production together.
